We charge a modest planning fee of AUD 250 for creating detailed custom itineraries, which is fully credited toward your booking when confirmed. This allows us to dedicate the time needed to create a truly personalized travel plan.

For the best availability and rates, we recommend starting your planning process 6-12 months before travel, especially for peak seasons (December-February). However, we're also experienced in arranging quality last-minute trips when needed.

While we don't directly process visas, we provide guidance on visa requirements based on your nationality and connect you with reliable resources. All travelers to Australia (except New Zealand citizens) need some form of visa or electronic travel authority.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), direct bank transfers, and PayPal. For bookings made more than 90 days in advance, we typically require a 25% deposit, with final payment due 60 days before travel.
